Guided by the principle “Gacmo wadajir bay wax ku gooyaan” (“Hands together can cut through anything”), the week blended governance, strategic planning, and applied research, making Garowe a hub of activity for the Nexus community

The Board is the highest decision-making body of Nexus Consortium, where members review progress, approve reports, and shape the consortium’s future direction.

This year’s meeting combined statutory governance functions with interactive workshops, energizers, and breakout sessions, reinforcing Nexus’s commitment to Somali-led localization, partnership-building, and collective action.
